What sizes do you offer?
We offer Small, Medium, and Large. Our leggings fit true to size — if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable waist fit.

Do the leggings run small or large?
They fit true to size. The fabric has generous 4-way stretch so they're forgiving. If you're right on the border between two sizes, go up — the waistband will feel more comfortable.
How do I measure myself for the right size?
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline with the tape comfortably loose.
Hip: Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Are the leggings really squat-proof?
100%. Our fabric is fully opaque even during deep squats, deadlifts, and stretches. We're so confident that if your leggings aren't completely squat-proof, we'll replace them free — no questions asked.
What are the leggings made of?
80% Nylon, 20% Spandex. This blend gives you the buttery-soft feel you want while being moisture-wicking, durable, and stretchy enough for any workout.
How does the scrunch-sculpt seam work?
Our signature contour seam is engineered using a specific stitching pattern at the seat that creates a natural lifting and shaping effect. There's no padding or inserts — just precision design that works with your body's natural curves.
How do I wash and care for my leggings?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry — do not tumble dry. Do not iron, bleach, or dry clean. Avoid fabric softener as it can break down the stretch fibres over time. Following these instructions keeps your leggings looking incredible for years.
What colours are available?
We currently offer 5 premium colourways:
- Espresso — rich warm brown
- Dune — warm taupe/sand
- Mist — soft light grey
- Slate — deep charcoal grey
- Onyx — classic rich black

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days within the US. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $6.99.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the US. International shipping is coming soon — join our email list to be notified when we launch in your country.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Click the tracking link to follow your package in real time. If you don't receive a tracking email within 24 hours of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@shopsculpt.co.
What is your return policy?
We offer free 30-day returns. If you're not completely obsessed, send them back within 30 days of delivery in their original unworn condition and we'll issue a full refund. We cover the return shipping.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at hello@shopsculpt.co with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours. For exchanges, just let us know which size or colour you'd like instead.
My item arrived faulty — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Email us at hello@shopsculpt.co with a photo of the fault and your order number and we'll send a replacement the same day, completely free.
How do I get 15% off my first order?
Sign up to our email list using the form at the bottom of any page. You'll receive your 15% off discount code (WELCOME15) automatically in your inbox. The code can be used once per customer at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
